<big>Providing research opportunities to students is essential for them to gain in-depth knowledge in their areas of interest. Our goal is to prioritize research and encourage second and third-year students to engage in writing research papers. By bringing research to the forefront, we aim to empower students to explore their interests deeply and foster a culture of innovation within our institution.</big>
=== How are we going to do this ? ===
* <big>We are going to use the advanced learning classes that are happening in our college and turn them into a time that helps a student with their research-thinking skills.</big>* <big>We plan to make sure students will be able to produce a full-fledged research paper for the institution in 2 semesters.</big>* <big>The academic year could consist of 2 semesters and the 1<sup>st</sup> semester would be the introduction where the students discover the process of writing a research paper and acquiring the skills that are needed to write the research paper.</big>* <big>In the second semester, students will choose their research domain and proceed with writing their research paper.</big>* <big>Weekly sessions will be conducted so that the students will be able to clarify their doubts and gather some suggestions regarding their paper writing and publication.</big>

<big>Many students struggle with choosing a career path and lack clarity about the skills required for specific roles. Vision Quest prepares students for the future by providing in-depth knowledge about their chosen field of study. Through this program, students gain insights into the future scope of their branch, enabling them to focus on specific areas to sharpen and develop their skills. This approach offers a clear roadmap and vision for their career paths.</big>

* <big>As soon as freshers enter college, we will conduct Sem-0 session lasting 2 to 3 weeks. Vision Quest is included into the Sem-0 curriculum.</big>* <big>Allocate senior students from the 3rd or 4th year to mentor the freshers during these sessions.</big>* <big>Seniors will provide detailed information about the possible career paths within their branch, sharing their own experiences and insights.</big>* <big>They will explain the specific skills and qualifications needed for various roles in the field, helping freshers understand what they need to focus on whether it's technical skills, certifications, or soft skills, the students will receive a clear understanding of what is necessary to excel in their chosen field.</big>* <big>In addition to academic guidance, the mentors will provide practical advice on how to secure job opportunities.</big>* <big>At last they mention the salary ranges to a particular field in the industry where the dive into.</big>
