Bio
Watcharsak Sudla is presently enrolled as a master's degree candidate in Business Administration at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), Thailand, having commenced his studies in the Fall semester of 2020.
Prior to his current academic pursuit, Watcharasak achieved his doctoral degree from Chulalongkorn University. He manifests a robust enthusiasm for mastering research-based learning, delving into design-based research, co-design methodology, and exploring the realm of psychometrics. His inclination towards research methodology has perpetually intensified. Particularly, he harbours an interest in utilizing the body of knowledge from diverse disciplines to conduct research within the educational sector. Consequently, Watcharasak has opted for his current degree with the objective of acquiring novel knowledge, which he has not previously encountered, and to identify opportunities to effectuate change. Therefore, engaging in a discourse concerning shared interests with Watcharasak is indeed possible and welcomed.
Achievements
During his tenure as an undergraduate student and preservice educator, Watcharasak was conferred with the prestigious award for his exemplary execution in curating and orchestrating educational materials and apparatuses. This accolade, bestowed by the faculty, is designated to an individual who engenders transformative approaches within pedagogical and learning management throughout the duration of professional teacher training. The receipt of such an award signified a moment of exceptional merit, fostering a sense of pride in Watcharasak, as he was intrinsically motivated to bestow comprehensive educational value upon his students. This sentiment was palpably reciprocated by his students, who expressed heartfelt congratulations, affirming, “you merit the award; your profound dedication is evident.”
