Bio

Bongkot Jenjarrussakul is a full-time lecturer at the School of Human Resource Development (SHRD), National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). She received her B.E. in Information Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bangkok, Thailand in 2006. She received her Master's and Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology (Information and Communication Engineering) from the University of Tokyo, Japan in 2012 and 2015, respectively. Her research area during her Master's and Ph.D. was in Information Security Management. Before joining SHRD, NIDA, she worked as a software engineer for a Japanese R&D company in the automotive industry and as a coordinator for projects related to information security management (e.g. policy, activity planning, and audit) for a Japanese insurance company in Thailand. She is also a trained facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method and Materials and certified trainer of Innovative Thinking SystemTM (ITS). She currently teaches in the following areas: innovation, information systems, analytics, and cyberethics. Her research interests include innovation, digital HR, cyberethics, and Sufficiency Philosophy Economy.
