Bio
Dr.Danuvasin Charoen is an associate professor and the director of Business Innovation Center and Center for Enhancing Competitiveness at NIDA Business School. He also currently serves as the consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Royal Thai Police and a member in the Thai ICT Chamber of Commerce. He received a B.A. in Public Administration from The Royal Police Cadet Academy in 1999, and an M.S. in Information Management and Telecommunications Network Management from Syracuse University in 2002. He received his Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technology from Claremont Graduate University in 2006. His research interests centre on information systems project, action research, information systems security, digital disruptions, digital transformations, e-Learning, agile project, design thinking and IT competitiveness. Dr.Chaoen has published in many peer review journals such as Systemic Practice and Action Research, International Journal of Services and Operations Management, International Journal of Information Technology Project Management, The University of Illinois Law Review, Journal of Cases on Information Technology, NIDA Case Research Journal, and the Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS). He led many research projects for the Royal Thai Police Headquarters, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the National Telecommunications and Broadcasting Agency, and Office of the Public Sector Development Commision. Dr.Charoen is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner and PMI-Agile Practitioners certified by the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance.
