Fellow:Ephraim Patrick
Ephraim is a University Innovation Fellow and a part-time PhD student at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He grew up in the South of Germany and came to Sydney helping with the setup of an international startup in Australian.
Ephraim is a Partner at Mercer – a global advisory firm and works with organisations globally and in Australia in the area of people strategy, analytics and organisational design. He has worked with organisations across Europe (West and East), Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School (UK) as well as a degree in business and educational sciences (University of Heidelberg, Germany).
He is an advocate for life-long learning and enjoys experimenting with new ways of designing and delivering learning experiences. His PhD research is in Capability Ecosystems, focusing on investment as well as not-for-profit organisations. In his spare time he enjoys the Australian outdoors (sailing, kayaking, bush walks, etc.) and supports the various sporting activities and teams of his kids.
