Bio
Jongsawas Chongwatpol is an Associate Professor in NIDA Business School at National Institute of Development Administration. He received his BE in industrial engineering from Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand, and two M.S. degrees (in risk control management and management technology) from University of Wisconsin - Stout, and Ph.D. in management science and information systems from Oklahoma State University. His research has recently been published in major journals such as Decision Support Systems, Decision Sciences, European Journal of Operational Research, Energy, Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education, Industrial Management and Data Systems, Energy - the International Journal, Journal of Information Technology Teaching Cases, Tourism Management Perspectives, and Journal of Business Ethics. His major research interests include business intelligence, business analytics, big data, data mining, decision support systems, AI, and RFID.
