Bio
Once a systems engineer buried in pipelines and data lakes, Rishabh Shukla now spends his time chasing aha moments at the messy intersection of tech, sustainability and storytelling. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Global Technology and Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (try saying that fast) and serves as a University Innovation Fellow at TUHH. In this role, he helps stir up creativity, challenge outdated thinking and quietly sneak design thinking into places where it usually is not invited.
Rishabh is someone you turn to when you want to spark ideas, unpack complex problems or make your communication sound more human and engaging. He has collaborated with global companies, participated in innovation challenges and contributed to grassroots initiatives, always focused on turning ambitious ideas into meaningful results.
His journey has taken him from corporate tech life in India to market research in Hamburg to exploring Lithuanian forests during his semester abroad. Along the way, he has immersed himself in sustainability projects, design-led workshops and too many case competitions to count. What connects all these experiences is his love for building bridges between disciplines, between people and occasionally toward the dessert table.
He brings energy, curiosity and a sense of play into the often messy world of innovation. He has pitched in boardrooms with shaky hands, learned by doing, and believes that a sharpie, a blank Miro board and a strong cup of chai can go a long way in solving the right problems.
If you think innovation should be more about bold action and less about buzzwords, you already have something in common with him. If you have ever felt like an outsider trying to both fit in and stand out, he has been there too. And if you love long conversations about food, future trends or movie soundtracks, he is already listening.
Rishabh is always up for creating something weird, human and just a little bit brilliant.
