Lennard Korte is an engineering and computer science researcher specializing in machine learning. He is pursuing his M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Fostering Change, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability

Lennard has a passion for interdisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship, which he developed through the guidance of mentors at university and beyond. He has gained practical experience in these fields and is actively involved in founding and leading multiple organizations that promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

One of Lennard's notable endeavors is his involvement in the Ideenschmiede Hamburg, where he serves as a podcast host for the "Planting Seeds" podcast. The podcast aims to explore the innovation landscape of Hamburg and highlight offers, people, and organizations that are of interest to students in the area. Lennard also co-founded the Ideenschmiede, a student organization that fosters exchange and networking opportunities in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Lennard is a University Innovation Guide at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (d.school). This program empowers students to become leaders of change in higher education, and Lennard collaborates with fellows from around the world to create new opportunities and transformative learning experiences for their peers.

Additionally, Lennard has served as the Chairman of the Board at Enactus Hamburg, an organization that develops social innovations and implements them in various projects, with the aim of contributing to the realization of the 17 SDGs. As a research associate at the Institute of Medical Technology and Intelligent Systems, Lennard has worked in collaboration with medical experts to adapt deep learning pipelines with Computed Tomography (CT) data sets. His research focuses on exploring innovative applications of deep learning in medical technology, including CT reconstruction, navigation, localization, and classification tasks.

Lennard's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hamburg University of Technology.
