Biography of Lesly
Lesly Patiño is an Industrial Engineering student at Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC).
She was a fellow in the 2022 cohort and led the FDay project at UTEC, an event where professors and students share how they turned mistakes into success stories.
She enjoys mentoring other students and participating in motivational spaces that emphasize the key to success. She is always seeking ways to develop and improve her abilities.
Lesly has also been actively involved in student organizations like SWE - Society of Women Engineers and Prounity UTEC, which have provided her with opportunities to enhance her soft skills.
Achievements of Lesly
Director of Workshop at SWE UTEC : She organized "Tech Friends by SWE" which involved developing science workshops for students from schools.
Director of Strategic Alliances and Events at Prounity UTE : She organizes events related to the methodologies to develop projects.
Peer Mentoring at UTEC: She is a mentor for freshman students at UTEC, giving them advice for the life at university.
Part of the team of Felizmente UTEC : She participates on events giving sessions of active learning and advices for a good mental health.
