</p><p>He grew up in the South of Germany and came to Sydney setting up the Australian subsidiary of an international startup. Ephraim is a Partner at Mercer – a global advisory firm and works with organisations globally and in Australia in the area of people strategy, analytics and organisational design.
 
</p><p>He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School (UK) as well as a degree in business and educational sciences (University of Heidelberg, Germany).
 
</p><p>He is an advocate for life-long learning and enjoys experimenting with new ways of designing and delivering learning experiences. His PhD research is in Capability Ecosystems, focusing on investment as well as not-for-profit organisations. In his spare time he enjoys the Australian outdoors (sailing, kayaking, bush walks, etc.) and supports the various sporting activities and teams of his kids.
