==Bio==

Valeria is an Industrial Engineer who graduated from the University of Engineering ~~sophomore at~~ and Technology (UTEC) in Peru. Since ~~she started college she was very interested~~ becoming a fellow in ~~participating~~ 2020, Valeria has played a prominent role in ~~projects focused~~ leading the "Design Your University Life" program, co-facilitating workshops on ~~social impact~~applied design for student life, and co-organizing the "Design Your Future" Summit. This program includes engaging workshops and panel discussions involving first-semester students.

In addition to her involvement in the "Design Your University Life" program, Valeria ~~is part of PuppyLab~~ had the opportunity to participate in the Teaching and ~~is a student organization at UTEC~~Learning Studio program. ~~Their mission is~~ This program aims to ~~improve mental health and wellness through canine interaction. Her role is~~ explore design tools to ~~plan events~~ create innovative learning experiences and be enhance the participants' skills as designers, specifically addressing the challenges faced in ~~charge of marketing campaigns~~university education.

~~Her goal in life is~~ Valeria was invited to ~~improve K12 education~~ join the organizing team for the UIF Silicon Valley Meetup 2023 and the UIF Meetup held at the University of Twente in ~~Peru. Therefore~~the Netherlands, where she ~~is working on an educational project focused on empowering children to believe in themselves through creative~~ served as a FAB. FABs provide valuable support during the event by co-facilitating workshops ~~about science~~ and ~~design~~coordinating activities.

*Finalist for IncUva (UTEC Ventures Business Incubator) with the Fungi project to create biomaterials using plant residues.

*Finalist of the UTEC Interdisciplinary Projects fair: Publibus: educate yourself while you transport yourself. A free medium was created that allows the user of the means of transport to access Wi-Fi without using a data plan.
