Next to his studies, he is involved in several initiatives such as student clubs. His enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and bringing forward the 17 global sustainability goals especially manifests in the two clubs he volunteers for. One is called [https://en.ideenschmiede-hamburg.de Ideenschmiede Hamburg] which he founded with the previous UIF cohort. Another one is called [https://www.enactus.de/hamburg/start Enactus Hamburg], a non-profit organisation that focuses on social and ecological projects. Over the course of this year, Lennard has not only reflected on his own situation, dealing with lockdown and online classes, but also closely follows the developments of climate change. In bringing people together through his various projects, he hopes to contribute to making a difference.

Bio

Lennard is an undergraduate student at the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) in Germany. He started studying Computer Science in Oktober 2019. The program consists of interdisciplinary basic studies followed by the choice of one of several branches of specialised studies. After the second semester he chose Software Engineering as special major.

In his free time Lennard loves to bring people together and debate about various topics regarding society and politics. This is most likely done in the presence of music, if they are not making music themselves.
