Starting his journey at the painted mountains of Western Colorado, he drove gallantly through the winding roads and deep canyons which make up what is known as the rocky mountains. The journey was long, tiresome, and required discipline of the highest rank, but after 4 long, grueling, and tiresome hours in a warm automatic car, he made it to the Eastern slope, and to a small town called by the name of a star's gentle and warm light: Golden. In this town he came to the treasure which ''What he so desireddoes now: the hospitable''' Masters student in Computer Science, friendy, and ever improving campus which is Colorado School Co-Founder of Mines. For the next four years he would live here, practicing and mastering skills which are impossible to master: selfGrwth (mental health start-improvement, self-awareness, leadership, knowledge applicabilityup), writing and so much more. As he struggles and grows from day to day, the dream in his heart holds strong and true. The world will be his. And this, is only where producing music on the story begins...side

Throughout all of his life, Torin had been interested in building, creating, and innovating. It wasn't until his Sophomore year of high school, however, that he became the person he is today. Yes, this seems quite inadequate as far as explaining his passion for leadership, involvement, change, technology, academia, and people, but rest assured, this was the case. You see, these girls were very involved in the school, very academic, and overall the coolest people he had ever met. From this, Torin developed a passion to change himself, and to change his school, which grew to his college, his country, and then the world. He became involved in student senate, which helped him to realize he can make a difference, and after becoming the Student Body Associate Vice President, he could see it. Although at Time certainly flies. I'm now editing this page after four years of undergraduate schooling, and life is quite different than how I imagined it would be. He's completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Science at the liberal arts; Colorado School of Mines, and is currently pursuing his masters in CS at the same school. He loves originally planned to singwork in the up and coming robotics industry for the years following graduation, with the goal of starting his own robotics business. After four years of schooling, he still has the dream of starting his own business, to writebut after many experiences including robotics research, to readmultiple robotics courses, to play guitarleadership in the robotics club, and exploring the land of robotics (Japan study abroad), his interests have shifted from robots to learn about history as well as people. More specificallyNow, Torin loves he plans to write songs, to lose himself continue his education in Ireland in a good book (especially about self improvmentthe direction of behavioral psychology and mental health, history, or with the goal of starting a good Shakespeare play), and to learn about social entrepreneurial venture in the psychology of peoplefield.

LastlyThrough his time in undergraduate studies, Torin lives by four rules was heavily involved in the development of the Entrepreneurship and one quote: 1. The Golden Rule: Do unto others Innovation department on campus, including heading the entrepreneurship club for a time, taking many flagship courses as you would have others do unto you. 2. Be a Man (or woman) of your word. 3. Throughout his entire time at Mines, Torin has loved liberal arts on the side of his technical education. This includes participating in the McBride Honors program for a minor in public affairs, pursuing a music career on the side with song writing and music production (as well as playing live and holding jam sessions with others), writing creative stories, reading many fiction novels, participating in the Mines swing dancing club, and loving philosophical discussions on the human condition, and conversations pertaining to human psychology, education, and policy.
