Bio
Mirella is an Electronic Engineering junior at Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC) in Peru. Her motto in life: "Whatever you decide to do, make sure it makes you happy"- Paulo Coelho. This is why she decided to study to her career and add some of her passions into it: creativity and teaching. Ever since she was little, she has been interested in the Robotics field, and growing up, education and mental health became other interests in her life.
One of the things Mirella is most passionate about is education, and in a special way, to get students to reach their full potential. At UTEC, Mirella gives tutoring and lab lessons in the course of Thermodynamics. This has helped her being aware of student’s different learning abilities, struggles and work on different ways to strengthen their potential.
She describes herself as a empathic, sensitive and curious person. During her free time she loves to play the guitar, baking with her sister, editing videos, and work on robotics related projects at UTEC.
