Bio

Imani Norton is from Whiteville, NC. She enjoys nature, reading and playing the game. As a sophomore at Shaw University Imani has participated and shown tremendous leadership skills. Imani is also a big advocate for woman rights. Her current achievements on Shaw University campus include Vice President and President of National Association of Black Accountants, Honors Program since her Freshman year, Deans List and a Credit for Financial Advancement Scholar and Ambassador.

Imani's favorite authors include Maya Angelou, Toni Morrison, Alice Walker and Langston Hughes. Being an Accounting major, Imani wants to obtain her Certified Public Accountant Certificate and possibly work for one of the Big four Accounting Firms.
