Guzman is pursuing a B.B.A (Bachelor in Business Administration) with a specialization in Finance in IE University (IE Business School) in Madrid, Spain and is set to graduate in May 2019. Originally from Uruguay, he has further completed a semester abroad in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Guzman’s professional interests are on the intersection of business strategy and technology. He is currently an intern at Amazon in its EU Headquarters in Luxembourg and has further experience in investment banking and impact investing.

Guzman is a very active community member both in terms of volunteering and student engagement at his University. He has done volunteering projects in Uruguay, Brazil and Paraguay. At IE, he has led the Student Government, co-founded the student newspaper and led the debate club.
