Fellow:Ashok Mahendrakar

I am Ashok from Srinivasa Ramanujan Institute of Technology,Anantapur,India.I am very passionate about solving the real world problems.I am pursuing my BTECH in the stream of computer science and engineering and iam very enthusiastic in a team work because i belive that one can win the game by his hard work but team work wins the championship.I always try to solve any problem from basic level.Some times this makes me feel bad about myself.I feel that huge problems can even solve with a smaller one.I feel that trying to acheive something is good but the way you are in decides who we are and what are the capabilities we have!! My strengths are hardwork,being optimistic towards my work,good communication skills.coming to my weakness i am innocent in some situations ,this makes me to decrease my confidence.But iam sure that with my perseverence and with the gods grace i can acheive any thing in my life.Being a innovation fellow, i have the responsibility to learn a lot and to transcend the college into a well reputed instituion.For this i have some plans regarding these.As our team has conducted various stakeholder meetings in our campus and we are establishing some clubs for innovation and incubation centres.Entrepreneurship skils are the most important skills for any one to take complex decisions in any organisaton and in the life as well.Being a fellow we the UIF team provide a platform in our campus and encouraging the students who have the best idea and to prototype it.I know that my college is only the best even though we have some loop holes.But i strongly belive that if students are physically and mentally strong they will become independent and confident towards their goals.If every one thinks in such a way then there will be a dramatic increase in GDP of our country!!
