  '''Head of the Project -''' [https://universityinnovation.org/wiki/Fellow:Sri_Anusha_Reddy_Chirla Sri Anusha Reddy Chirla]  The main agenda of this "Invest In You " is to develop the hidden talents in students, raise their voice according to situations in their life, concentrate more on improving themselves and extracting new talents in students, and Uplift changing introverts into extroverts. Generally '''Invest in you''' means " Dig deeper in yourself, Then the unexpected skills come out as a result", You are more capable than you think.  '''What does Invest In You Do?''' In my research, we observed there are so many hidden talents in students, but due to improper guidance, They don't know what to do in their life. So, We conducted many workshops with my club crew members along with help of experienced faculty so we can testify, and analyze them. Based on their interest we categorized them. We have found some common points in them, in such a way that they get to know about themselves These are some categories we observed: 1. If they have the talent they lack confidence. 2. If they have the courage they are not up to the mark. 3. They are confused about what to do… like having  Mixed talents. 4. They have talent and courage but they don't know how to reach their goals. So we considered all these aspects and motivated them as we can and to build them the confidence, Leadership, and Courage to know the importance of raising their voice, taking a stand first. We considered another thing i.e. '''changing introvert to extrovert'''. Students in college are generally not interested in taking a stand in some situations. They generally leave the topic and try to skip them or depend on other people to complete work. People around us will not be with us at all times, right? , so they need to do things on their own in the future, So if we try on skipping work and then remaining life what will they achieve other than skipping the work ?? So, we thought that we need to tell about Real life situations in this rapidly growing world, If they have the capacity of talking, and collaborate friendly with people then they can sustain themselves in situations. We motivated them and helped them try to reach the mark in them to take a stand when needed.  '''Objectives of Invest In You:'''  ●      Making students realize the importance of investing time in themselves to be better. ●      Making students realize their talent which they are not aware of. ●      Helping those who are not up to the mark to make themselves better. ●      Motivating students to have self-confidence and never to be afraid to take a stand. ●      Helping introverts to become an extrovert in communication which helps them excel in any path.<br />
