== Strategy #1: Financial Literacy Future-Ready Learning Framework==After conducting surveys, we have concluded We are implementing the "Future-Ready Learning Framework" to ensure that our student body is in need of financial literacy courses. The financial literacy courses will be based on credit and knowledge about student loans. Many students are not confident equipped with the necessary expertise and adaptability to thrive in their knowledge about credit an increasingly dynamic and about how much they will owe during student loan repaymenttechnologically driven job market. As University Innovation FellowsBy aligning our curriculum and teaching methodologies with current industry demands, we want seek to work towards hosting routine seminars where guest speakers come bridge the gap between academic learning and talk to practical skills required in real-world settings. This initiative is vital for fostering a competitive edge among our students about various topics surrounding financial literacy. We also plan , empowering them to engage with the financial literacy center become agile and faculty members at the College competent professionals capable of Business to work on making significant contributions in a rapidly evolving global landscape. == Strategy #2: Increase Student reach of Innovation Center Thee Network==The Center implementation of "Thee Network" program is to provide comprehensive support and networking opportunities specifically tailored for Innovation incoming freshmen, recognizing the significance of early career guidance and Entrepreneurship is industry exposure. By establishing an extensive alumni network across various companies, we aim to create a maker space with facilities robust platform for e-sportsmentorship, gaming stations, VR, 3D printing, laser cutting, silhouette cutter, embroidery, t-shirtprofessional connections, and poster designpotential career referrals, fostering a strong sense of community and printingsupport for students. Since the center faces the advisement which a lot of studentsBy hosting e-gaming tournaments, hackathons, and innovation challenges, having we aim to provide a catchy design could insight interests and get more platform for students to visit# Asking faculty for space in demonstrate their lesson schedules to share about the center technical prowess and the services provided. This will give us access to where the students are. Alsoproblem-solving abilities, ask for faculty to request their students to visit the center for some fostering a spirit of the classes (by the center or inspired by faculty) healthy competition and offer credit as an incentivecamaraderie. # Introduce short training Through interactive workshops and self-guided lessons on how demonstrations, we seek to be creative with equipment at the center. Most of the training offered at the center tends inspire and empower students to run longexplore cutting-termedge technologies, especially over the summer. So having this will ensure that skill transfer is happening and offer students an opportunity to be creative such as 3D printing and innovative during the school semester. Alsovirtual reality, we would like to engage staff on how to structure these offerings to create nurturing a schedule that allows passion for more student participation with little conflict with class timetablesexperimentation and innovation. We hope to transfer some of the modules that we learned during the University Innovation Fellows training software development and curate them to meet the needs of the JSU communitygame design.
