Bio
Venkata Subbarao Mupparaju is an University Innovation Fellow Candidate, who is a Mechanical Engineering student at Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is former out sourcing Asst. Engineer for Indian Railways and former trainee at Mahindra & Mahindra limited in Swaraj division.
He was born in an agricultural family. After his schooling, he did his diploma in Mechanical Engineering , Where he was exposed to the technical world and learned some technical staff there.
During his schooling, he observed that there is no minimum respect for uneducated, he then committed to acquire good knowledge and assist his father .
He has a great passion towards learning new things and is the most enthusiastic person . He makes great efforts to achieve his goals. He is the one who always engages himself in learning something. His hard work and commitment that he puts in reaching his goal inspires all of us. He is dedicated to his passion and strives hard to be the apex in all aspects of his life.
He is integrated, always supportive, sportive and gets motivated through his works. He wants to explore the world and bring changes in his way. He thinks out – of – the box, and is creative. He is interested in keeping himself updated with the emerging technologies. Surfing the internet is his hobby. He is a positive and well-balanced person, He is outgoing and positive. He is a divergent thinker, which makes him more creative and a problem solver .He actively takes part in all the campus related events. According to him everyone should love what they do and commit to the decisions to give their best.
Every year he interacts with his high school students and shares his experience with school and develops new activities in his schools. One of the activities is "Hand Full of Rice " which means students can voluntarily bring a hand full of rice once in a week and drop them in a container or bag at outside the office room which was donated to orphans and old age homes.

Achievements
1.He was honored with "Allrounder of School" during his Tenth standard. He was one of his school pupils leaders
2.He got 3 national level merit certificates for his project and poster presentations.
3.He is a chairman's clubs' member at his engineering college (which is a club for students who secures good academic grades)
