Fellow:Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson was born and raise in Fargo, North Dakota. As a natural entrepreneur, he started Erik’s Cutting Edge Lawn & Snow Care in 5th grade. This experience helped Erik win the Schulze Innovation scholarship, a four year, full tuition scholarship sponsored by Dick Schulze, Founder of Best Buy. At the University of St. Thomas, he studied Entrepreneurship with a minor in business of healthcare. Erik also served as the captain of the Men's Track and Field team, specializing in the hurdle events.

Erik was on the 2019-2020 UIF Team after successfully implementing a new curriculum for the first year students, adding a resource to inform students of all the support systems in place. Erik was able to attend the 2022 Silicon Valley Meet up after a few years of COVID delays.

Currently, Erik works as a development associate for Scannell Properties in the Minneapolis office. Erik works on large scale industrial developments across the US, with a focus in the Southeastern region.
