The next idea is a practical way to distribute money in the university for student working groupsclubs. How money is handled at universities working groupsstudent clubs, which are fully organized by students is less transparent and most of the spent time in these working groups student clubs are used to organize money.
The idea behind a fair transparent system is to create a money pot which can only be used by the student working groups. This application process is 3 steps, which are handled once a year to dispense the money between the working groups.
