If want people to learn and get involved in I&E we have to find a way that is more compatible with their rhythm and life in university as with their goals for their future lifestyle and work.
=== Strategy N°3: "YOU CAN MAKE THE CHANGE" ===To innovate there are some skills needed or wanted in order to success and in order to feel comfortable on the way, that joung students may feel like they dont really possess them. So we want to help students who wish to innovate by empowering and strengthening them with those skills, providing experienced guides to help them with finances, administration and more. At the same time we want to connect students with masters in innovation and entrepreneurship so they can give some support and ted talks. === Strategy N°4: "INNOVATION WEEK" ===
Frequently in our campus we have weeks with themes and they are a great opportunities to make noise and awareness about a subjects.
Collaborative games between students, tedtalks, conferences, coaching sessions, questions and feedback spaces so that students can learn the I&E mindset and apply it in their projects.
