If want people to learn and get involved in I&E we have to find a way that is more compatible with their rhythm and life in university as with their goals for their future lifestyle and work.

To innovate there are some skills needed or wanted in order to success and in order to feel comfortable on the way, that joung students may feel like they dont really possess them.

That's why we think that having an Innovation Week is a very good opportunity to engage students with Leathership, Team work, Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
