Fellow:Saxfield Chatmon
Saxfield Chatmon is a University Innovation Fellow and Junior at Morgan State studying Electrical Engineering. Originally from Prince George's County
Maryland, he was exposed to engineering and entrepunership at an early age, and developed a passion for helping others. He currently serves as a volunteer firegifther at West Lanham Hills Volunteer Fire Department. Coming to Morgan State he joined the school's National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and is the former Secretary of Morgan's IEEE Chapter. Personal intersts in Electrical Engineering are Cyber Security and Power Systems Engineering.
Joining the University Innovation Fellows he hopes to imporve his school's perception and oppourtunities in innovation and entrepunership in a positive manner that will leave a lasting impact for many students to follow.
