Bio
Michelle is a sophomore at Grand Valley State University. As an Environmental & Sustainability Studies major, everything Climate Change related peaks her interest. Whether that be regarding biology & ecology or policy & advocacy, you can find Michelle on both sides of the spectrum. Adding to this, as an Engineering Science minor, any and all things engineered to help adapt to or mitigate the effects of Climate Change keeps Michelle motivated and positive in working towards solving the Climate Crisis. She currently works as a K-12 Tutor helping kids to achieve their math proficiency levels. She also is the Financial Officer for GVSU's Women in STEM Majors Club. In her free time, Michelle likes to play volleyball, crochet, hike, hammock, and learn more about linguistics.
