Logan Frostick is a Junior Integrated Science & Technology major at James Madison University. While originally from Richmond, Virginia, he currently resides in Harrisonburg, Virginia. His academic focus is on Energy and Environmental Systems, and he plans to work in the renewable energy field after graduation.
Logan has recently joined a Capstone Project that aims to create a constant-speed planetary gear system for wind turbines, which would allow them to connect to the grid without the use of powered electronics. However, this isn't the only project he has been working on, as a University Innovation Fellow, Logan plans to continue working with his cohort to increase the awareness of and expand the number of innovative and entrepreneurial opportunities available on his campus.
