I am Eryn Glover, a current sophomore as Johnson C. Smith University, studying Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I am a self-driven and determined individual with a strong work ethic and passion for philanthropy and non-profit work. Skilled in building working relationships, cultivating new and unique ideas and solutions, and Ability to analyze data. Through my involvement with different innovation fellowship and internships I've maintained the ability to multitask, collaborate with cross-functional department team leaders, identify and resolve issues. Strong written and verbal communication and advocation skills.
Eryn is Founder and President of her own women's ministry and organization called "Black Women Of Excellence" where she created a safe space and community for young black women to empower and support each other on their journey through life. She has also had the opportunity to study philanthropy during her time interning at The Merancas Foundation, which is a private foundation that supports select non-profits around the city of Charlotte.
