Bio
Emma Foley is a sophomore at Fordham's Gabelli School of Business, pursuing a degree in Global Business with a concentration in Global Marketing with Consumer Insights. Coming from a mixed background and having worked in various, unique environments, she developed a deep appreciation and interest in diverse cultures, peoples, and perspectives.
Emma grew up in the small town of Saratoga, California, and graduated from Saratoga High School. During her time there, she happily served as Editor-In-Chief of the yearbook, captained the varsity soccer team, and graduated with honors. Recognizing the struggles of her classmates and friends, Emma also co-founded a state-certified non-profit, collaborating with a school-led program to raise mental health awareness and provide educational materials for members of her community.
She fell in love with soccer at the age of 5 and was beyond excited to compete for the Guam Women's National Football Team in 2021. As both of her parents hailed from the tiny U.S. territory, Emma proudly embraces any opportunity to represent and contribute to her Pacific Islander heritage.
Nowadays, you can catch her playing soccer, stress baking, drawing, and missing her dog, Leo. Emma hopes to continue to cultivate her creative and communication-focused interests in tandem with her love for community and volunteer work. She is always happy to meet and connect with new people, so feel free to reach out at any time!
