Bio
Burcu Rodopman is an associate professor in the Management Department at Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey. She received her doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL. She also has a Liberal Arts Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University, with specialization on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management. She studied Political Science and International Relations as well as Psychology during undergraduate at Bogazici University. She held positions as Vice Chair of the Department of Management and Coordinator of Human Resources Development Unit at Bogazici University.
Her research interests include motivation, leadership, mentoring, proactivity and organizational citizenship. Her teaching areas include managing organizations, talent management, leadership and managerial development. She has publications in top tier journals and worked on many consulting projects. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Entrepreneurship Center at Boğaziçi University. She loves, loves, loves design thinking!
