Bio

Hubertus Ade Resha Raditya Boli, A.Md.Kb.N., S.Ak., S.S. is a graduate of the Diploma I and Diploma III programs at Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN and currently serves as a government officer at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. He has completed bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and English Literature and is currently pursuing his third bachelor’s degree in Management. As a Dean’s List honoree, Hubertus is recognized for his strong academic performance, leadership capabilities, and dedication to lifelong learning.

Alongside his role in public service, Hubertus is actively involved in research in the fields of accounting, finance, and governance. He has published numerous articles in nationally and internationally indexed academic journals, reflecting his commitment to advancing scholarly discussions and contributing to the development of knowledge in his areas of expertise. He has also participated in various academic, professional, and organizational initiatives, including collaborations involving the Islamic Development Bank, Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP Edufair), and BEM CUP PKN STAN. These experiences have strengthened his leadership, organizational, and communication skills while expanding his engagement with diverse professional and academic communities.

Hubertus is deeply committed to education, youth empowerment, and community development. Growing up in Timika, an environment with limited educational opportunities, shaped his passion for creating broader access to education and social support for underprivileged communities. He actively volunteers with Yayasan Bina Berdaya Bangsa and Jakarta Mengabdi, organizations focused on education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and social initiatives. He also serves as the Head of the Finance Division at Bangun Pendidikan Indonesia, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing youth awareness and participation in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. In addition, Hubertus has contributed to various youth development programs, social initiatives, and mental health campaigns. He believes that meaningful impact begins with the willingness to use one’s knowledge and opportunities to support those whose voices are often overlooked.

Outside his professional and academic activities, Hubertus enjoys singing, reading, and traveling. He has earned recognition through multiple singing competitions and performances on various distinguished stages. For him, music, literature, and travel are meaningful avenues for reflection, creativity, and personal growth.
