Bio

Hubertus Ade Resha Raditya Boli, A.Md.Kb.N., S.Ak., S.S. is a graduate of the Diploma I and Diploma III programs at Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN and currently serves as a government officer at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Born on August 2, 1996, in Timika, he is currently based in Jakarta. He has completed bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and English Literature and is currently pursuing his third bachelor’s degree in Management. Recognized as a Dean’s List honoree, Hubertus is known for his strong intellectual curiosity, leadership qualities, and commitment to lifelong learning. He believes that growth is a continuous process and that persistence and discipline can transform ambitious aspirations into tangible achievements.

Alongside his academic pursuits, Hubertus has built a career in public service through his role at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. His professional experience reflects a strong interest in financial management, governance, organizational development, and public impact. Hubertus is also actively engaged in research in the fields of accounting, finance, and governance. He has published numerous articles in nationally and internationally indexed academic journals, reflecting his commitment to contributing to scholarly discussions and advancing knowledge in his areas of expertise. He has also actively contributed to various committees and large-scale initiatives, including collaborations involving the Islamic Development Bank, Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP Edufair), and BEM CUP PKN STAN. Through these experiences, he has developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while working with individuals from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.

Hubertus is deeply passionate about education, youth empowerment, and social development. Having grown up in an environment with limited educational opportunities, he developed a strong commitment to advocating for equal access to education and community empowerment. He actively volunteers with Yayasan Bina Berdaya Bangsa and Jakarta Mengabdi, organizations dedicated to supporting underprivileged communities through educational, economic, healthcare, and social initiatives. In addition, he serves as the Head of the Finance Division at Bangun Pendidikan Indonesia, a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness of educational challenges among Indonesian youth and encouraging active participation in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Beyond these roles, Hubertus has participated in numerous youth development projects, social initiatives, and mental health campaigns. He firmly believes that true humanity lies in using one’s abilities and opportunities to advocate for those whose voices are often unheard.

Outside of his professional and academic responsibilities, Hubertus enjoys singing, reading, and traveling. Known for his remarkable vocal abilities, he has won several singing competitions and performed on various distinguished stages. For Hubertus, books and travel are not merely hobbies, but meaningful ways to broaden perspectives, cultivate empathy, and continuously nourish the mind and soul.
