Siddhartha Mondreti is a University Innovstion Fellow and an undergraduate  studying  Electronics and Communication Engineering  at Godavari [[File:12705587 845311278927920 7837915077303180568 n.jpg|thumb]]Institute of Engineering and Technology  ( GIET). His technical interests include  “ Internet of Things “ and Wireless Communication such as Zigbee and Bluetooth.  In his third year of  four years of  Bachelor of Technology , he got himself exposed to the University Innovaion Fellows.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology , Siddhartha&nbsp; has been very active not only in academics but also in sports. He loved playing cricket and was consistently playing for the college cricket team. Some of the Enterprenuership meetups and HR summits in his college made him turn towards the enterprenuership. He started working more innovatively in his core knowledge ( IoT) and designed “ Home Automation using Android and Arudino” in 2016.

He mainly advices the present technical students to attain application oriented knowledge rather than just mugging up with books. He also suggests the Engineering Institutions to provide an interface between books and workplaces. He got involved in many language expo’s and projects.

He trained more than 300 students on Design Thinking using WhatsApp. Once the management was able to see the impact he created with such limited resources,  they have agreed to add more resources and make it streamlined. He has setup a Tech I&E hub called Innogen in the campus to improve Innovation and Entrepreneurship culture in the campus. He got a chance to share his story as a talk at the UIF Regional Meetup in Bangalore India.</span></span>

After his graduation he has joined Mu Sigma Inc a pure play analytics company as a Decision Scientist and was a part of Healthcare and Product Analytics verticals. He is now working with PayPal Inc as a Data Scientist. He is helping PayPal Giving's Leadership to identify the key KPIs and Metrics to measure the Business Growth.
