Murad Abduselam is currently a junior majoring in Computer Engineering at the University of St.Thomas. He hopes to pursue a career in patent law.

As a student at the University of St. Thomas, Murad has served in numerous leadership roles. Murad has been the Vice President of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, a Page scholar, a BUSN200 Facilitator, the Journey for justice student assistant, and an Apartment Coordinator in Flynn Hall. Outside of school, Murad enjoys volunteering at the Boys & Girls Club of the Twin Cities. Murad is very passionate about issues pertaining to education and civil rights.
