Hubertus Ade Resha Raditya Boli is a diploma graduate from Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN (PKN STAN) who works as a government officer in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. He was born on August 2nd, 1996 in Timika, Papua, Indonesia, and presently lives in Jakarta. While working as a civil servant, he is also pursuing his bachelor's degree in Accounting at Universitas Pelita Harapan and English Literature at Universitas Terbuka.

He was born and raised in a circumstance where people still have no access to education, which makes him passionate about the issue. He is a member of Mezzanine Club, a community for sharing knowledge and networking among the youth in the Ministry of Finance. He is also a volunteer in various projects such as education projects, social projects, and currently, he is involved in a mental health campaign called Pertemanan Sejiwa. In addition, he has contributed to various youth development programs and mental health awareness initiatives. Hubertus Ade Resha Raditya Boli, A.Md.Kb.N., S.Ak., S.S. is a government officer at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and a graduate of the Diploma I and Diploma III programs at Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN. He holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting and English Literature and is currently pursuing a third bachelor's degree in Management. He is also an LPDP Double Degree Scholarship recipient, pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance at the University of Glasgow (UoG), United Kingdom.
