===Strategy N°1: "Chat Bot"===
During our training, we identified a significant communication gap within our university: there are numerous programs, projects, and resources available that most students are unaware of. This lack of accessible and timely information creates unnecessary stress, reduces institutional efficiency, and leads to missed opportunities for both students and the university.
 
To address this problem, we propose the development of an Artificial Intelligence powered ChatBot, designed to provide instant and reliable answers to students' questions. This virtual assistant will serve as a centralized and user-friendly channel for accessing university information, enhancing the overall student experience and maximizing the use of institutional resources.
 
Additionally, to promote the I&E ecosystem, a communication campaign would be launched to reach students who have or are interested in having an entrepreneurship project in the future, which will encourage them to use the Chat Bot as a tool to learn about the resources, programs, and support that our university provides for them, thus fostering a stronger culture of innovation and student-driven initiatives.
 
===Strategy N°2: "Experiencia ADS"===
 
We identified a challenge related to lack of motivation and career uncertainty among students in Service Management. Many of them struggle to understand the professional fields where they can apply their skills, which leads to disengagement and limited career vision.
 
To address this challenge, we developed "Experiencia ADS", an immersive and hands-on learning activity that allows senior students to experience the daily life of a Service Manager by taking on different roles within a simulated company.
 
The main goal of this project is to boost vocational motivation, bridge academic learning with professional practice, and promote career exploration through an engaging and meaningful experience that helps students visualize their professional future with greater clarity and purpose.

Careers in Chile are very long, we have to study from 5 to 6 years average to have a professional tittle. That's why not many students are willing to take extra courses about different subjects such as I&E and use their time to advance in their curriculum and get their professional tittle.
That's why, if we want to teach Design Thinking, Responsible Futuring, Creative and Innovative mindset and more... we have to offer an elective course or minor (that are included in the curriculum of each career in Universidad de Los Andes) that teaches the themes described above.
If want people to learn and get involved in I&Ewe E we have to find a way that is more compatible with their rhythm and life in university as with their goals for their future lifestyle and work.  ===Strategy N°3: "YOU CAN MAKE THE CHANGE"===To innovate there are some skills needed or wanted in order to success and in order to feel comfortable on the way, that young students may feel like they dont really possess them. So we want to help students who wish to innovate by empowering and strengthening them with those skills, providing experienced guides to help them with finances, administration and more. At the same time we want to connect students with masters in innovation and entrepreneurship so they can give some support and ted talks.

Innovation Day consists of an event where we will bring together different careers in order to teach a little and open their minds to the world of entrepreneurship. ​​This project consists of developing the necessary tools so that administration students know how to handle the challenges of having a business. The idea is to incorporate the course of the curriculum in the first years of the degree so that the student has a small base and can thus develop an enterprise if he wishes. The course will include customer management, accounting, finance, and marketing. I would have everything that implies having a business and its difficulties.
The goal of applying this course for all first-year students is that they live the experience and know how to defend themselves against the adversity of the world, and if they want to dedicate themselves to entrepreneurship, they can do so without any problem.

The goal of this project is to teach design thinking as a tool to seek needs and generate ideas. This workshop is for students of Universidad de los Andes who want to create an idea for a startup.
Finally, to give it continuity, a room on the campus will be awarded by the ADS school (Service Management) and become an Innovation Lab. This lab will have all the materials (like post-its and sharpies) for the students to create and an infographic with information about how to do a design thinking and how to make the idea come true.

=====Challenge: “How can we tear down the paradigm that innovation is only for engineers and business students?”=====
This project seeks to involve every UAndes Student in the innovation world. It shall start by motivating students from the same career to form various groups to determine a neglected problem that is noticeable within their specific area, with the purpose to come up with an innovative way to make a change or improvement to it. Knowing that the week starts on Monday, this same day the groups have to create a project from scratch that solves their specific career problem. During the week experts and professors from the Department of I&E will carry out several activities such as workshop simulations, brainstorming exercises, prototyping sessions, constructive seminars, and many more things. What this does is that every student receives the necessary tools to improve and make adjustments to their initial project. This helps them at the same time to notice the importance of innovation and its understanding. At the end of the week, the project that impresses the board with originality and most importantly the one who satisfies in the best way possible the specific need of the school will be considered in the next year's budget so they can implement their solution or improvement in approximately a year. Along their journey, they will constantly have feedback and support from experts, their professors, their faculty, and Universidad de los Andes.
