- Student success coaches specialized in assisting working students.
- Create accommodations through accessibility services for missing class due to work. - Expand competency-based learning allowing students to progress through their courses through their skill level rather than time spent. ==Research to Further Understand the Experience of Students who are Queer/Female/ Struggling with Mental Illness==- Gather research already done in the psychology program centered around students with these identities. - Surveys, polls , interviews and focus group as methods of data collection. - Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify important trends and patterns that can be addressed. ==Mentorship Program Based on Major and Identities==- Identify intersectional identities that could benefit from major and/or identity based mentors, - Support groups and events for mentors and students. - Further research to understand how students are affected by HB 261. ==Leverage Current UVU Talent and Resources to Innovate Classroom Technology==- Build connection between Dx and E2I for innovative classroom technology - Establish a process by which faculty and students can provide feedback. - Conduct initial research for Dx identifying initial areas within which to innovate to further address student need and technology. - Establish and build a classroom technology endowment. == Career Identity Development ==
