If he can help others 't find you the answer, he will find you someone who can.  Gurvinder has finished his degree in Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering in Autumn (Fall, but in Australia ;P) of 2023. Having found an interest in working with people through various experiences in his degree, Gurvinder now has a passion or working with people-facing systems and trying to improve people's lives using an engineeringmindset. He is most passionate about connecting those 'starting from zero' to opportunities and experiences that help them learn and grow. During the Innovation Fellows program, Gurvinder worked closely with key decision makers to provide a student voice in the faculty at his university. From here, Gurvinder hopes to inspire the next generation of UIFs to create more impactful change as the program has been restarted at his university for the first time since 2020.
