<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">Ariana Colon-Sifre is a University Innovation Fellow from Danville, Virginia, and a current second-year engineering student at James Madison University. On campus, Ariana is involved in several organizations such as the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), where she holds the office of Treasurer, and the Sexual Orientation Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIE) program at JMU, where she is a programming volunteer. From a young age, Ariana was always looking for ways to get involved in her community as well as leadership opportunities. Most notably, she was a member of the National FFA Organization for 6 years; she served as an officer in her school's FFA chapter for 4 of these years. In FFA, she competed in several competitions including Hippology, Livestock Judging, and Vet Science.
