Her work sits at the intersection of leading systems thinking, innovation, and human-centred problem solving. As a University Innovation Fellow, Reeth worked with the Institute Innovation Council to encourage creativity, innovation, and collaboration on campus. She led “Mindkraft,” an event focused on financial self-awareness, followed by a team of innovators one two-daybusiness conference in partnership with Zerodha Broking Limited, introducing students to the stock market, Indian economy, and start-up culture.  She has always been curious about what Innovation participated in the d.challenge and was selected to conduct design thinking workshops at the National Entrepreneurship meant and Summit 2020 at NIT Rourkela. During the pandemic, she co-led a mental health campaign titled “I Survive, I Serve Life” under UIF program has definitely helped her vs Corona, collaborating with NGOs in this regardIndia and Lebanon to raise awareness and de-stigmatise mental health through survivor stories and educational initiatives.  She feels so much more inclined towards italso played an active role in the Rotaract Club Belgaum Central, serving as International Service Director (2017–18), Professional Service Director (2019–20), and Club Secretary (2020–21). Her work focused on building community and promoting professional development, earning her the Best Professional Service Project award for 2019–20 in the Belgaum zone. She  Creative expression has always been creative and very articulate about a part of her thoughtsidentity.<span class="AppleShe writes under the pen name Reeth Rajas, a tribute to her late father, and is a published co-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>She considers formulating author in the anthology ''INARA''. Her writing reflects her thoughts as one of empathy and her strongest pointsdeep interest in exploring emotions that often go unspoken.
