Reeth is an Information Science Engineering Graduate from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum. She has completed her Masters in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. She is passionate about bringing change and making impact in higher education by leveraging technology and innovation and is working towards the same goal with Perlego in London.

As a University Innovation Fellow, she worked with the Institute Innovation Council where she organised events to create awareness about Innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking for all the young minds on campus. She conducted an event called "Mindkraft" for students to introspect and understand their knowledge about Finance followed by a 2-day Business Conference and introduced the students to the concepts of the stock market, Indian economy, investments, mutual funds, and business start-ups in collaboration with Zerodha Broking Limited. She participated in the d.challenge and was chosen to conduct Design Thinking workshops for the attendees of the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. As a part of UIF vs Corona, her team launched a mental health campaign called "I survive I serve life" and collaborated with NGOs in India and Lebanon for the same. She wants to bring about a change by sharing survivor stories, hosting webinars, educating people, sensitising the issue and ultimately de-stigmatising mental health.

She was a part of the Rotaract Club Belgaum Central. For the year 2017-18, she served as the International Service Director and as the Professional Service Director for the 2019-20 tenure. She served as the Club secretary for the 2020 - 21 tenure. She planned out activities and projects that promote these events among people via Rotaract, and arranged programs designed to provide information about a wide cross-section of businesses and entrepreneurs. She received the 'Best Professional Service Project' for the RI year 2019-2020 from the Belgaum zone.

She has always been creative and very articulate about her thoughts. She considers empathy as one of her strongest point which is reflected in her blog where she writes about emotions that people feel apprehensive to speak about. She is a proud Published Co-Author of an Anthology called INARA. She goes by the pen name 'Reeth Rajas', Rajas being her late father's name. In this way, she hopes to keep his memory alive. She is also an ardent reader and enjoys reading fiction, magical realism and thriller.

She lives by this quote from one of her favourite books, “People want to be bowled over by something special. Nine times out of ten you can forget, but that tenth time, that peak experience, is what people want. That's what can move the world. That's art.”   - Haruki Murakami, South of the Border, West of the Sun.
