He grew up in the South of Germany and came to Sydney helping with the setup of an international startup in Australian. Ephraim is a Partner at Mercer – a global advisory firm and works with organisations globally and in Australia in the area of people strategy, analytics and organisational design. He has worked with organisations across Europe (West and East), Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
