Ephraim is a Partner at Mercer – a global advisory firm and works with organisations globally and in Australia in the area of people strategy, analytics and organisational design.</p><p>He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School (UK) as well as a degree in business and educational sciences (University of Heidelberg, Germany).</p><p>He is an advocate for life-long learning and enjoys experimenting with new ways of designing and delivering learning experiences. His PhD research is in Capability Ecosystems, focusing on investment as well as not-for-profit organisations.
