----Students often lack time due to a tight schedule so that they have less time for activities that foster the university community. Often extrinsic motivations e.g. credits or bonus points improving the grade are motivators for students to enter an unknown environment. In our interviews we realized that the buzzwords "innovation" and "entrepreneurship" are ridiculed by some students focusing on technical studies. Taking the plunge into the unknown (projects focussing on innovative/entrepreneurial procedures) has to be supported by a bonus system
