She studies at Universidad de Montevideo in Uruguay where she also worked is serving UIF as a Teaching Assistant. She took courses and workshops on social entrepreneurshipFellow since Fall 2017, design thinking she was a a FAB at Silicon Valley Meetup March 2018 and creativity and believes in them as is now a powerful tool Faculty Champion of educational changethe Leadership Circle conformed by 4 great students at Universidad de Montevideo.

She founded and nows works with&nbsp;</span>[httpat Initium://universityinnovation.org/wiki/Cecilia_Tejera Cecilia]<span style="text-align: right;">&nbsp;the Center of Leaders and Entrepreneurs at Más allá del aula (Beyond Classroom) a community for high school Universidad de Montevideo where she is planning and leading new ways to empower students and teachers to help them find scholarshipsbe leading, contest creative and events to learn more innovative professionals. She is also a Professor of Creativity & Innovation since 2018. She has experience with Design Thinkign, team and enrich their livesproject management.&nbsp;</span>

She wants to become As a UIF to combine to make transform Engineering education into Fellow she coordinated a team of more creative majorthan 40 students to organize LOOP: Innovation Week.She has also organized several events to spread&nbsp;
