UIF Cohort: Spring Fall 2018 <div>[[File:JamesSmithheadshot2018.png]]</div>Hello! I'm James, part of the first UIF team at Lancaster, and by extension the UKI like solving problems. This is all very I can always be found with a whiteboard marker (or 4) in my bag as I am always interested in working on new to me, and solutions. I'm always looking for ve got interests in engineering and computing and enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative approaches to new mentors to provide advice during my journeychallenges. When I'm not doing my degree, I like to write about my interests over at my blog ([https://www.uniqueunderstanding.co.uk/]) or learn about Cryptography with my friends, where I am treasurer of the Lancaster University Cryptography and Cypher Society, featured on Gradcracker ([https://www.gradcracker.com/student-societies/3955/lancaster-cryptography-and-cypher-society]).
