<span>The mission of the Small Business Incubator Program, managed by the SBDC, is to accelerate the start-up and expansion of small businesses in southern Illinois. The program is here to provide small business owners and entrepreneurs with the tools, guidance and support necessary to start, manage and grow successful and sustainable businesses. The SBDC provides free consultation for clients range from business owners as well as to people that just have ideas for a potential business creation.</span>
