It exists to foster the creation of innovative technologies and to manage those technologies and other intellectual property for the benefit of the University university and the public.</span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium; line-height: 23px;">The OTTR provides assistance on such issues as patent applications, registering trademarks and copyrights.</span>
