'''Overarching Goal''': Further pave a way for students to gain access to existing resources such as funding or consulting services (i.e. TechGrowth) and develop student help services that will be housed within the Center for Entrepreneurship
Stage 1: Investing in the Right Resources
Building out resources that students desire and will utilize to their maximum potential requires gathering the student voice.
Tactic One (Short Term Goal – Target date of 10/17/17): Survey students involved in entrepreneurial ideas to gather their opinions about what resource(s) would benefit them most when they consider taking their idea or venture to the next level.
Tactic Two (Short Term Goal – Target date of 10/31/17): Attend meetings of student organizations based on entrepreneurship and classes within the Center for Entrepreneurship to discuss what resources students desire on campus
Mile Marker 1 (10/31/17): Focus in and begin to develop one or two resources.
Stage 2: Development
Work with the Center for Entrepreneurship, student organizations, and faculty on campus to develop and refine a new resource that will be available for all students.
Mini Mile Marker (11/30/17): Determine possible locations to house this resource
Tactic One (11/30/17): Refine the proposed resource through demonstrations. This will involve recruiting students to attend and utilize the resource followed by gathering feedback.
Mile Market 2 (12/30/17): Have a ready to implement program ready for launch that has been proven through testing.
Stage 3: Pursuit and Sustain
Get the new resource running smoothly and effectively. Constantly consider feedback and closely work with the end users.
Mile Market 3 (1/31/18): Get featured in a newsletter.
