Siddhartha Mondreti joined University Innovation Fellows in Spring 2017. He is an undergraduate pursuing Electronics and Communication Engineering from Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology . He was just a “normal” student until he realised , that “The essence of learning is to make world [[File:Siddhartha Mondreti.jpg]]better not to make it complex”. Soon after the realisation , he made his way towards Innovation. In this right time he got a chance to be a part of [[File:Siddhartha Mondreti.jpg|thumb|Siddhartha Mondreti.jpg]]University Innovation Fellows. Before he joined UIF , he was not aware that a student alone can become an entrepreneur and start his own organisation. There was always a misconception for him that in order to be in a managerial role in an organisation , one needs to get graduated in that line. Soon after the realisation of his misconception , he made a drastic change in himself.
He came with an empty bag to UIF , and loaded it with lots of experience , went back home very excited to make a change in his School. He jotted down many plans and ideated along with his team and came to the solution named “INNOGEN - An Innovative Generation for better India “ ( A Non-Profit Organisation which enhances Design Thinking among Technical Students in India ). He also joined hands with Ajay Varma - UIF , SRKR to propagate Design Thinking through his startup - SpiderWeb.
